PURPOSE OF THE FINANCING REQUIRED
FINANCING REQUIRED
The funds required are for the following purposes:
- Capital Investment
- Plant Materials and Equipment
- Preparation for Move to Full Production of Current Line of Towers
- Development and Prototyping of New and Larger Models
- Third Party Confirmation of Test Results on existing prototypes to enhance additional wind focused on key locations of the rotor blades(Wind Tunnel Tests, Computer Model Confirmations and Simulations)
- Standards Certification
- Awareness and Marketing Worldwide
- Future Plant Capacity Expansion
The following are required in terms of financing:
- Investment of $500,000 immediately.
- Additional Investment of $5,500,000 to $6,000,000 within the first year.
- It should be noted that the goal of the company is to provide enough infrastructure to produce the towers currently in demand while at the same time diligently striving to take the company public.
- A signed Non Disclosure Agreement is required.
Participation in future wind generating contracts and related business including manufacturing is offered to those involved with the project first.
